TRIP PACKAGE PRICE:

RIO MADEIRA & RIO NEGRO:
The Belle of the Amazon	(Charter Flight to nearby Airport)	$4,950

FLOAT PLANE ACCESS: You will arrive in Manaus about 4:00 a.m. on the Delta flight from Atlanta. Upon clearing immigration and customs, a representative of Amazon Fishing Adventures will meet you and transport you to the nearby charter flight terminal. As soon after first light as flying conditions permit, you will be transported to the location of your Jungelow camp. Upon arrival at the camp, you will be served a breakfast, provided an orientation, assigned to your room (where you might want to take a short nap), and then begin your fishing adventure.

CHARTER PLANE ACCESS: You will follow the same schedule except you will arrive at an airport near the fishing area where you will be met by Amazon Fishing Adventures staff to transport you to the Belle of the Amazon. Upon arrival at the Belle, you will be served a breakfast, provided an orientation and assigned to your room. On the Belle, we need extra time to move from the pick-up location to the fishing grounds. Therefore, we recommend a rest while we travel. By about 2:00 p.m., we will arrive at the fishing area, and you will begin your fishing adventure.

Fees associated with obtaining your passport or visa
Fees associated with pre-trip medical planning and medications
Domestic air or ground travel from your home city to Atlanta or Miami
International airfare to Manaus, Brazil
Gratuities to camp personnel
Gratuities to hotel personnel in Manaus, Brazil
Expenses in Manaus, including tours and the final evening meal
Overweight luggage charges from the airlines or charter flights
Liquor
Fly fishing gear
Airport departure taxes (if applicable)
Hotel stays (if necessary) in Atlanta or Miami

Deposits:

A deposit of 50% is required to book your dates. There will be no refunds of any monies paid toward the trip. We cannot guarantee weather, fishing conditions or mechanical failures, and those factors will not be a cause for a price adjustment or refund. However, if notice is give at least 60 days prior to scheduled trip departures, all monies paid may be applied to the then current retail price for a future trip to the same location. The new trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of the cancelled trip. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance in case of a last minute emergency, illness or other covered reason for cancellation. We can assist you in obtaining this insurance. We encourage you to plan your reservation well in advance of your trip to insure that you will travel during the dates most convenient for you.

FISHING SEASON:

The peak fishing season runs from mid-August through March. All of our trips are booked on a first come basis.

DELAYS:

We cannot be responsible for costs associated with changes or cancellations in flight schedules that the airline may institute. The client is responsible to be available by 6:00 a.m. on the Saturday at the beginning of their trip. Any delays or missed flights may result in additional costs for transportation to the fishing area.
